The Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) and the Royal New Zealand Navy are conducting Exercise Lion Zeal from 29 Aug to 2 Sep.

This year's exercise, hosted by the RSN, will be held in the South China Sea.

A total of four ships and a helicopter are being deployed for the exercise.

Exercise highlights include maritime security serials and live firing against a towed air target.

The armed forces of Singapore and New Zealand interact regularly in Five Power Defence Arrangements activities, multilateral exercises and other professional exchanges.
