Preparations are being made for 90 aircraft and 1200 personnel to participate in the second phase of an exercise, which involves the air forces of Singapore, Thailand and the United States.

More than 1260 sorties will be flown over 12 days in Korat, Thailand, next February.

The first phase of Exercise Cope Tiger, a command post exercise, began in Singapore on 28 Nov.

Through various mission planning and training sessions, exercise participants will learn more about each other's operating procedures.
