PRESIDENT HOSTS RECEPTION FOR MINDEF, SAF PERSONNEL

President S R Nathan hosted 900 personnel from the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) to a garden reception on 8 Jul.

Mr Nathan mingled with the service personnel.

Also present were Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Defence Ng Eng Hen, and Minister of State for Defence Koo Tsai Kee.

Mr Nathan shares a lighter moment with some of his guests at the reception held at the Istana.
