PHILIPPINE NAVY CHIEF CALLS ON MR TEO

Flag-Officer-in-Command of the Philippine Navy Vice-Admiral (VADM) Mateo M Mayuga called on Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean on 4 Oct.

VADM Mayuga is in Singapore for a three-day introductory visit at the invitation of Chief of Navy Rear-Admiral Ronnie Tay.

His visit underscores the warm and friendly ties between the Singapore Armed Forces and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

Personnel from the two armed forces interact regularly in bilateral exchanges, as well as attend each other's professional courses.
