Chief of Air Force of the Royal Malaysian Air Force, General (GEN) Dato' Sri Rodzali bin Daud, called on Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean at the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) on 5 Mar.

In Singapore, for an introductory visit from 4 to 6 Mar, GEN Rodzali also called on Chief of Air Force Brigadier-General Ng Chee Meng and went to Paya Lebar Air Base to visit the Air Force School.

The visit affirms the warm and long-standing defence relations between Singapore and Malaysia. The two countries' air forces interact regularly in many ways, including professional exchanges and multilateral activities such as the Five Power Defence Arrangements. These have strengthened the mutual understanding and friendship between the personnel of the two air forces.
