At the Republic of Singapore Navy's (RSN) first International Maritime Review last year, Missile Corvette RSS Vengeance was among the fleet of naval ships from around the world.

Colonel (COL) (NS) See Tow Pak Onn's service has been nothing less than extraordinary. He served as an Honorary Aide-de-Camp to the President from 1993 to 1996, and was the Parade Commander for the 2007 National Day Parade during his 42 years of service.

Unlike most boys who begin their National Service (NS) at 18 or 19 years old, he was already in his 40s when he went for his first military training. This was in 2015 when he joined the Singapore Armed Forces Volunteer Corps (SAFVC).
