This is the missile corvette's fourth win.

Professionalism, commitment and a sense of purpose among their citizen soldiers – these are the qualities that led to 783 SIR's Best NS Unit award win in this year's SAF Best Unit Competition.              

This is the frigate's second win in the SAF's Best Combat Unit competition.               

Teamwork, dedication, and a bit of dancing makes the winning formula for the Republic of Singapore Air Force’s 143 Squadron (SQN).               

One of the best feelings is to receive good news, especially during tough times. Imagine the elation of 143 Squadron (SQN) when they found out that they had won Best Fighter Squadron while undergoing an overseas detachment training.              

This is the fourth time RSS Vigour has bagged the top honour since entering service about three decades ago.               

143 SQN, which operates the F-16 fighter aircraft, has won their third consecutive Best Fighter Squadron title.               

This is the second consecutive win for the infantry battalion.

She's one of the newest members of the Navy family. Littoral Mission Vessel (LMV) RSS Fortitude was only commissioned in January last year, but has emerged strong to clinch the Best Maritime Security (MARSEC) Unit award in the Singapore Armed Forces' Best Unit Competition.               

Talk to the winners of one of this year's Best NS Infantry/Guards Units - 786th Battalion, Singapore Infantry Regiment (786 SIR) - and one word comes up often: commitment.
