About 2,400 performers will take part in this year's National Day Parade (NDP) Show, with musical artistes like Iman Fandi and Lineath making their NDP debut.

The show will be told in four Acts and feature floor projections that create a 3D effect on the Padang stage.

A scent will be released as flowers "blossom" in Act 2. Iman Fandi (in red) will also be making her NDP debut in the same act.

Audiences at the Padang might also get a whiff of the Tembusu scent in Act 2 – the first time that smell is being used in an NDP performance!

Meanwhile, those at home can expect to see augmented reality aspects as part of the TV broadcast.

Hear from the Creative Director – local filmmaker Royston Tan who returns this year to direct his second NDP Show – on three things to know about the show!
