He hated swimming and running, yet 3SG Hartley Muze is on his way to becoming the first African-Singaporean frogman in the Republic of Singapore Navy’s Naval Diving Unit. The 25-year-old is one of 1,035 specialist cadets who graduated from multiple parades held from 11 to 17 Feb 2022.
