NDP TICKETS NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
16 May 2008
Members of the public who wish to apply for tickets to catch the National Day Parade (NDP) at the Marina Bay Floating Platform can now do so.
From 16 to 25 May, Singapore citizens and permanent residents can apply for these tickets through telephone, SMS, SAM, AXS stations, as well as the NDP website (www.ndp.org.sg).
Through these methods, the public may apply for tickets to catch the NDP Preview on 2 Aug or the actual NDP on 9 Aug. Tickets will be allocated through an electronic ballot.
Applicants will be able to choose two, four, or six tickets, with a decreasing chance of obtaining tickets as the number of tickets applied for increases.
Each NRIC holder can submit as many applications as they please, but only the latest application will be submitted for the e-balloting process.
Successful applicants will be notified from 5 to 11 Jun via contact numbers provided in their applications, and can collect their tickets at the Marina Bay Multi-Purpose Facility Function Room 2 from 13 to 22 Jun, between 9am and 9pm daily.
